It is our desire not only to utilize these disadvantaged subcontractors, but to help them in the solicitation process throughout preconstruction and construction so that they are successful and the project is a financial success as well. In a diligent effort to go above and beyond the attempts that most construction managers make towards achieving their M/WBE goals, J.M. Thompson Company has associated with M/WBE program specialists who will assist with M/WBE solicitation and utilization, as well as help to establish a mentoring program to assist interested M/WBE subcontractors succeed.
