Cape Fear Parking Deck

Cape Fear Community College is located in Downtown Wilmington, North Carolina. J.M. Thompson Company is constructing their new parking deck, which is currently under construction. When complete, the parking deck will feature auger cast piles, pile cap foundation system, steel frame construction, steel framed roof structure, low slope membrane roof, extensive site work, sprinklers, four pipe HVAC system with boiler and chiller, automated building systems (controls, fire detection and alarm, technology wiring, infrastructure, and intercommunications).
